THAIS ARE BECOMING MORE VIGILANT AS MORE ARE WEARING FACE MASK

Thais are taking precautions as the positive cases for COVID-19 in the country is steadily increasing.

Out all of the people in Asia Pacific surveyed by YouGov, 89% of Thai people say they’re wearing face mask when they’re in public. The number is higher than found in other countries like Australia and Malaysia, despite more COVID-19 positive cases have had been recorded in those two countries.

To avoid a shortage for medical professionals, the sale of surgical mask for end-consumer has been put to a stop on the official online channel and more Thais are relying on the reusable washable cloth face masks to combat the spread of the virus.
