BCG says consumer are optimistic to the end of COVID-19 and believes that the worst has already behind us.
In many countries, consumers are anticipating the end of lockdown phase, and the percentage of those who believe that the worst of the virus lies ahead continues to drop.
According to BCG survey, consumer in US, EU, and China seems to get under consensus and agree that the worst days have passed. China as an originating country has been re-operating business for 40 days and less than 20% of the population believes that the worst of coronavirus has yet to come.
