aCommerce Poll Results – What is the biggest challenge you face with shopping online?

Since the pandemic, the e-commerce business has multiplied and forever changed how consumers shop.

With more consumers relying upon online sales channels to complete their shopping, the challenges consumers face also increased, so we asked our followers, what is the biggest challenge our followers face with online shopping?

48% answered #Product #Quality #Issues
The most common problem that online shoppers face is the quality of the products. Since there is no guarantee until the products get into their hands, it can be risky to order things online without physical quality check.

20% answered #Complicated #Checkout
Some websites have lengthy shopping processes that risk invoking the cart abandonment rate since fewer users are willing to go through all the extra steps to complete their purchase.

17% answered #Slow #Website
Shoppers are likely to leave a page that takes more than 3 seconds to load, preventing them from completing their online shopping cart.

16% answered #LackOf #Personalization
The e-commerce websites that utilize user data to personalize shopping experiences tend to have more conversions since they offer consumers similar or relevant products to what they previously viewed or bought.

Life At aCommerce – Kevin

Our Senior Operations Manager in the Philippines, Kevin Ramirez, shared with us some lovely shots from the warehouse team where they celebrate small wins for the week every Friday.

The team called this celebration “Salo Salo,” which translates to a feast where people gather and eat together. “Everyone usually brings food to share, and I sometimes cook pasta for my team,” Kevin stated.

The Friday get-together is Kevin’s way of showing the #aTeam that they are appreciated as they celebrate another successful campaign.
